Update a visit recurrence with this endpoint.
Visits that are completed or in progress are kept untouched (they won't be modified).
Visits that are scheduled in the future are regenerated with the new recurrence attributes.
If a visit had been modified on its own (not via the recurrence), the visit is added to an exclusion list and it's kept unmodified.
