Use this endpoint to update a scheduled visit
Visit's state must be scheduled
Assigning a worker to a vacant visit and setting its rate are the same request: send worker_id and rate_id together. There is no price field — see rate_id for how the visit is priced.
API key permission: Visits set to Read and Write.
