Use this endpoint to create a new invoice in Lookout.
Invoices created through the API are adhoc by default.
If you need to publish the invoice, use the publish endpoint.
Otherwise, if the invoice is valid to publish, the next billing run will pick it up and publish it.
API key permission: Invoices set to Read and Write.
