2026-10-19: Connected Care API updates

New endpoints

• Service requests: List, retrieve, create, update and delete service requests. New requests start as drafts. You can update or delete a request only while it is a draft.
• Publish a service request: Sends a draft to the supplier. If a rate is selected for the request, publishing also creates a proposal that the supplier responds to.
• Service request proposals: List and retrieve the proposals on a service request, oldest first. Each proposal is one round of the negotiation. The request itself carries only the current proposal.
• Accept or decline a proposal: Answers the supplier's current priced proposal and tells the supplier the outcome.
• Messages: List the discussion messages with suppliers on a service request or a purchase order, oldest first.
• Purchase order line change requests: List and retrieve the change requests on a purchase order line. A supplier makes a change request to ask for a new time, a new price, or a cancellation.
• Accept or reject a change request: Accepting applies the change to the line. Accepting a cancellation request cancels the line with the supplier's reason. Rejecting leaves the line as it is. Both notify the supplier of the outcome.

All new endpoints use the Purchase orders API key permission. Read endpoints need Read or Read and Write. Endpoints that make changes need Read and Write.

New fields

• Worker resource: organisation on suppliers, with name, tax_number, archived_at, service_areas (name, state, postcode) and provided_services (name, category). It is null unless the organisation is connected to your company and active on the Lookout supplier portal.

New filters

• Workers: service_area and provided_service return suppliers that service a location or provide a service.
• Purchase order lines: change_request_state filters lines by the state of their latest change request: pending, accepted, rejected or dismissed.

New webhook events

• Service requests: service_request_created, service_request_updated and service_request_destroyed.
• Service request proposals: service_request_proposal_created and service_request_proposal_updated.
• Purchase order line change requests: purchase_order_line_change_request_created and purchase_order_line_change_request_updated.
