New endpoints

List the snoozes on a ticket — the snoozes still hiding a ticket, whether from everybody or from one person, each with awakens_at, global and the profile that asked for it. A snooze that has already woken is not listed

appointed_decision_makers on the client resource, each with authority_scope and expires_on
registered_supporters on the client resource, each with status, conflict_of_interest, conflict_of_interest_details, identifier and registered_on
appointed_decision_maker and registered_supporter in the roles returned for a profile
global on the snooze and unsnooze request bodies, so a caller can say who the snooze is for. Send true to hide the ticket from everybody, or false with a profile_id to hide it from that profile alone. Left out, a caller gets what it gets today: the ticket is hidden from everybody
funding_sources on the home_support balance breakdown returned by client balances. Used when a member has overlapping home support funding sources — for example an ongoing and a restorative care budget running in parallel — each funding source carrying its start and end dates, its opening balance and a breakdown of actual and forecast amounts

profile_id is no longer required when unsnoozing a ticket
profile_id on a snooze now indicates who owns the snooze. Previously a global snooze did not indicate who created it

visible_on on the ticket resource is deprecated. It reports only the global snoozes — list the ticket's snoozes instead
